Forrest Yoga is a strong and therapeutic yoga style, named after yogi Ana Forrest. You start the practise by setting an intention. The poses are held for longer, then in a flow class, so that there can be more focus on details, alignment, breathwork and feeling. Different options to approach poses makes it accessible for different levels. The slower and longer holds and focus on feeling and alignment, makes it great for people that are dealing with injuries.
