Hi, my name is Iris. Born in Dordrecht, but now living in the beautiful city of Rotterdam. To me, yoga started in this city in the beautiful Balanzs studio at the Mariniersweg. After a short while, I became a Karma yogi there, helping out in de studio in exchange of free yoga classes. The inspiring yoga teachers and seeing and feeling what yoga really can do for people where my trigger to participate in a yoga teacher training. In October 2017 I graduated as yoga teacher in Goa, India. I got the opportunity to teach and also got a fixed class at Balanzs! It is hard to describe what kind of energy it gives to to teach, but I really love it time after time. Now, 1,5 years later (September 2019) I became the Community Manager Rotterdam at Balanzs! Sharing yoga with as many people as possible is my goal. I am looking forward to meet you in one of the studios.
