I always had a love for movement and expression, which lead me to train as a professional dancer. During my career as a dancer in the UK I found that yoga helped me to deal with the physical and mental challenges. This is why I wanted to dive deeper into yoga and started my Vinyasa Flow teacher training in London in 2012 with YogaLondon. Later on I started practising Forrest yoga and decided to do an advanced teacher training with Ana Forrest in San Fransicso and after that I did continuing teacher trainings with the Forrest Yoga Guardians. Love for movement and how the body and mind work, led me to study Thai Yoga Massage with the Sunshine School in Thailand and the Thai Yoga Massage School in London. I want to inspire people to embrace the joy in moving, to live more consciously and to take their experience off the mat into daily life.
