Hi, my name is Katya. I am a Russian living in The Netherlands for the past 7 years. In my daily life, I combine a demanding corporate job and my big passion – yoga! I was drawn to yoga because it offered me great support when I had a very challenging time in my life. Now it keeps nurturing me and teaching me so many things about myself and life in general. I am a certified Yin and Vinyasa yoga teacher. In my classes, I take a holistic approach to physical and mental wellbeing and combine yoga practice with mindfulness, meditation, various breathing technics, self-acupressure and more. The areas I am particularly interested in right now are Stress Reduction, Rest and Personal Energy. You can always come to chat with me about it!
