From an early age Tim was interested in the physical body and was always active. The first time yoga felt unnatural and also familiar. My interest changed to passion, which changed to following a teacher training. Traveled to Thailand in the summer of 2014 for an Ashtanga Vinyasa training and since then decided to give full-time lessons. In addition to the physical aspect, I can greatly appreciate the emotional and spiritual. Every time I realize how the practice on the mat is connected to daily life. Most lessons are physically challenging, based on movement and humor.
May your practice be a spiritual practice.
