My name is Rachel van Koesveld, yoga, Pilates, Prenatal and Barre teacher. For me the combination between these four forms of movement is perfect. I really enjoy working with different target groups. I have been moving since I was a little girl, I started with Classical and later alongside Jazz Ballet, when I was nineteen I exchanged my ballet shoes for the yoga and Pilates mat. For me, teaching is so much more than work, it is my passion and love. For me there is nothing better than seeing how the ladies in my Prenatal Yoga classes go through their pregnancy and share with me, how people can strengthen themselves through the Pilates lessons, find peace in the Yoga lessons and so much fun from Yoga Can get tough lessons.
