Trained as a classical dancer Dewi was always busy with moving and movement. Where she was trying to find ‘that perfect pose’ in ballet, yoga brought her a freedom of movement that instantly enchanted her. She deeply believes: yoga is for everybody and every body. From a work-out yoga quickly turned into her greatest passion guiding her in life. In her classes she hopes to offer the security and freedom to explore ‘your yoga’. Dewi’s classes are dynamic with a lot of attention on the connection between breath and movement. To see people leaving class with a smile on their face (or on the inside) is what sparks joy for Dewi.
