Born in Rotterdam, I moved to Cape Town, South Africa after my studies. This is where I first came in contact with yoga in 2015 and it changed my life. After realizing that yoga began to heal me physically and mentally, I quickly started to practice twice every day. Wanting to really share the change that I had experienced by practicing yoga, I followed a teachers training course in Cape Town in 2016. I started to teach at a studio straight after and have enjoyed every single class that I’ve guided since. After having my second baby I realize even more how important the practice of yoga is on and off the mat. In my class I will challenge you to go to your uncomfortable place where the real growth will occur. I will keep you curious and make sure you feel good about yourself, regardless of where you can go physically. Come and flow with me and be amazed by what you can achieve!
