Anthony is a Bodyworker and Yoga teacher, originally from the UK, now based in Rotterdam. His ‘Hatha Yoga’ classes, at Balanzs, combine carefully sequenced Asana (postures) with his knowledge of the body’s mechanics, from his experience as a Yoga teacher, Gymnast, Dancer and his training in Manual Therapy and Thai Yoga Massage. The class will always contain options and various opportunities to both advance the postures or modify, giving your the space to listen, to challenge, and to relieve the body.
