I have always been trying to balance my life between my two true loves: Ballet and Law. Except for being a ballet teacher and a certified pilates and yoga instructor, I am a lawyer specializing in Maritime Law. Fourteen years ago when I was firstly introduced to pilates and yoga, I immediately fell in love and – needless to say – I never stopped practicing ever since. My pilates and yoga studies in London and New York coupled with my thirteen years of teaching experience in Greece and in the Netherlands have honed my ability to identify imbalances in my students’ bodies and encourage them to improve their skills and overcome any deficits with a main focus on breathing techniques, body balance and stretching. Moreover, my ballet background has always influenced my classes during which I share my passion for graceful movement and flow while paying particular attention to technique, alignment and control.
